OUR MISSION

The mission of the Scioto County Domestic Relations Court is to help families in transition restructure their lives by reaching compassionate and just resolutions to parenting and property disputes within the bounds of the laws of the State of Ohio. The Court is committed to serving the best interests of children by creating solutions, resolving disputes and helping families transition smoothly into a new family situation.
